• Failures or breakages that render part or all of your product to become non-functional
• Replacements of screws, handle, & carbon steel.

 

OUR 12 MONTH WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• Cosmetic blemishes, scratches, stains, or wear & tear.
• Failures or breakages due to misuse, neglect, or intentional damage
• Lost of stolen items
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

WARRANTY CLAIMS:

In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your Katana Cutlery product through our website.
